Objective of your project:

To get Mr. Tiwaris opinion on various bottlenecks in the suburban railways and to
get information on current strategic processes in place to manage crowds on platforms
and in trains.

Scope of the project:

To make a point to point study and suggest actionable solutions for crowd control.
Mr. Tiwari pointed out a number existing and potential bottlenecks in the suburban
line like Andheri, Virar, Nalasopara, etc. We would study the timetable further to
narrow down on any one hub. Aim is to provide a creative strategic solution that can
be scaled up to any location.
