    Discourse Moment

    Spanish tourists will have heavier demands in order to visit Brazil. After a number of problems
    involving the entry of South American visitors in Spain, the Brazilian authorities decided to impose
    more restrictions on the borders. This issue has been causing stir between both governments since
    2010, when hundreds of Brazilians couldnt get past immigration. From the moment the regulation
    is implemented, on April 2nd, any Spanish who visits Brazil must have a valid passportat least six
    months after entrance in the countryround-trip ticket, paid accommodation, a letter of invitation
    (in case of visiting friends and family) as well as proof of financial resources, at least RS$170,00 per
    day.
