Check and Ensure to order for concrete only when

the site is ready for concreting in all respect.

Check and ensure the quality of raw materials is

good; Suitably adjust the mix design if there is
deviation in raw material quality.

Check and ensure that the suitable corrections made

for moist aggregates and sprinkle water if aggregates
are heated.

Check and ensure that Cover is strong, durable,

Impermeable which can with stand the load of
concrete, steel & should not deform due to
movement of men & materials during concreting.

Check and ensure that Minimum depth of cover

should not be less than 20 mm.

Check and ensure that all possible holes and gaps in

the shuttering are properly fixed, to see that no slurry
Leakage is there.

Check and ensure Form release agent should be

Water-resistant, Forms chemical barrier, Clean
stripping forms, Does not stains and protects
Aluminium.
Check and ensure Form releasing agent applied
before casting the concrete and immediately after
stripping and cleaning the formwork
