o Any student enrolled in Algebra I or Geometry must pass both the SOL and the class to earn their verified high school credit.
o NEW THIS SCHOOL YEAR: Should your child not pass either the Language Arts 6- 8, Math 6-8, Science 8, or Civics & Economics 8 SOL test,
they will have the opportunity to retake the SOL ONLY if they score 375-399 and are passing the course.
