ABSTRACT

This paper highlights the use of the finite element technique for analyzing stress and
displacement distributions in wheel rims of automotive vehicles when subject to the
displacement and vonmises stress and fatigue stress. In this method way we analysis the life of
the rim based on selection of materials. Here Im going to choose four types of materials for
wheel rim, to apply the above analysis conditions based select the best fatigue life material for
wheel rim.
After the selection of best material for the wheel rim to take at resent models like BMW and
AUDI wheel rim

After to design the rim for some changes in appearance way only. To apply the best fatigue life
material in that design to test in different softwares.
