I have really enjoyed working with Preston. He has such wonderful musical talent. He is very strong talents in places I have
weaknesses such as the timing. He is Great at keeping us focused and on track. He also has a wonderful voice and the kids enjoy
singing with him.
Describe how this peer could have made a stronger contribution to the project:

One thing I think Preston could work on is making connections with the kids. He could try just asking them questions and getting
to know them a little better. I think he might find that they listen better the better you know them.
