It was when I had an ACL surgery five years ago that I finally started

difficult for me to do really anything active which took its toll on not
only my overall health, but my overall well being. After many months
of physio therapy, I was finally back on my feet and have never taken
my health for granted since.

I believe the piano is one of the most versatile instruments in regards

obvious reason why this goal is important to me is simply that I need it
to start PSIII!

This goal is important to me because: I believe this goal to be

important mainly because if I ever am in a band setting, or even
teaching any class or student with a transposing instrument, I want to
develop the fluency to fully understand transposition. If I am wasting
time in class trying to figure out a specific note and how it is played,
that can be very detrimental to not only my own teaching, but to the
students learning as well.

I believe it is extremely important in becoming fluent with different

levels of questioning, and having that strong background to
differentiate on the spot if needed for different students. For example
is a certain student is struggling to grasp a concept, it is important to
have the ability to ask your question in a different way that does make
sense to that student.
