Description of Event:

Sole volunteer sponsored fundraiser

Outdoor Festival on the parking lot of the JP Riddle Stadium
Saturday, October 17, 2015 1:30p.m. until 6:30p.m.
Free Admission to the public. Entertainment, kids games, food and contests.

Vendor Information and Requirements: Please read carefully

o Booth space fees: 10x10 without electricity $70.00 on or before
September 17, 2015. After September 17, 2015 up through
October 15, 2015 is $85.00. Payment is due with application.
Application Deadline is October 15, 2015.
o No duplicate vendors tables
o All vendor location requests will be considered on a first come - first
serve basis and honored whenever possible.
o You must provide your own tent, tables, etc
o Please provide a detailed description of your booth items on the form
(attach an additional sheet if necessary) and, if possible, attach photos
of sample items.
o Vendors must check-in between 9:00 am and 10:30 am. Arrivals after
10:30 a.m., may forfeit pre-assigned booth location and be assigned an
alternate location.
o Booths must be completely set-up by 10:30 a.m. The event planner
requests that all vendor booths remain open until 5 p.m.
o The vendor is responsible for leaving the vendor area in the condition
that it was originally received, i.e. removal of all debris such as boxes
and trash.
o This event occurs rain or shine! Be prepared for wind, rain
and/or heat/cold.
o All vendor fees are non-refundable.
o All vendors are required to show proof of liability insurance and read
and sign attached waiver.
Please fill out the enclosed vendor registration completely. Thank

participation in this event.

Waiver:

The RPF reserves the right to refuse any vendor application, should this occur the fee will be refunded.
The Vendor shall defend, save and hold harmless the JP Riddle Stadium, their respective, agents, board members,
staff, volunteers, sponsors and assigns from any claims, damages, losses, liability or expense which may arise, and
shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage due to fire, accident, theft, weather, acts of God, vandalism or
any other loss or injury whatsoever or not specifically described herein, whether past, present or future. Booths are
not insured and Exhibitors must make provisions for safeguarding their goods. Exhibitor assumes full liability for
protecting, care and maintenance of exhibitors property.
