1. The teacher will bring out the movie, The Lorax and have
students watch that
a. Though there may not be enough time to finish it, even
at the end of the school day, they may start it and then
finish it another day.
D. Accommodations/Differentiation
1. For Martin, a student with a learning disability in reading and
comprehension, I will give a print out of the guided notes quiz
with highlighted keywords and a small word bank at the top.
2. If not having done so prior, I would place Martin at a chair or
desk closer to the front of the class, nearer to the white board
while watching the video.
E. Assessment/Evaluation Plan
1. Formative:
a. The teacher will observe each students attentiveness
throughout watching the video
b. The teacher will assess students based on the
completion of the guided notes quiz.
i. How many attempted? How many correct? Did
any students care for or ask for assistance?
c. Students will also be assessed on their participation in
writing and painting activity.
2. Summative
