Candice is doing a great job instructing first graders. We are still adjusting to the schedule and working on time
management ensuring everything is being taught within the day.

I feel this is one of Candice's strengths. We implemented a new positive behavior system this week in the
classroom so she could practice creating and implementing a behavior system. The students seem to be
enjoying it and it is effective.

Candice is becoming comfortable as she leads the class. We will work on transition times more making sure
she has all the student's attention before beginning an activity.

We are working on monitoring students, especially in math who need remediation and how to identify them. In
Social Studies, she started the unit off with a pretest and then she will posttest and analyze the data to see
how students did in the unit. She is getting comfortable with running records in reading to ensure students are
on target and in the correct reading group.

Candice is such a pleasant person; She walks in humitlity and her attitude is so positive. She is trying so hard
and listens to feedback and suggestions and tries to put them into practice.
