MAC Gym Outdoor Expo Rules

1. All guns must be tied with plastic wire ties so that the gun is made inoperable. Clips and
magazines must be removed from all guns and not replaced until after show hours on Sunday.
Pistols must be tied to the table with cord, cable, or displayed within a glass case.
2. All guns must be and remain unloaded this includes air guns and muzzle loaders, this means no
live ammo, blanks, empties, or snap caps put in any part of any gun, clip, or magazine.
3. Exhibiters with guns, ammunition, powder, primers, or knives may not leave their tables
unattended during show hours open to the public.
4. All fully automatic weapons exhibited at the show must be deactivated according to state and
federal government specifications, if the weapon is in firing condition it must be licensed and
accompanied by the legal owner, also the proper license must be displayed with the firearm.
5. Weapons or ammunition too large to be classed as small arms must have the approval of the
board of directors before displaying them at the show.
6. Gun powder must be in sealed containers. Black powder is prohibited in buildings due to Fire,
State, & Federal laws.
7. All knives, bayonets, and anything with a sharp or pointed edge must be sheathed or taped in
order to prevent injury.
8. No stun guns allowed.
9. No exhibitor shall sell weapons, ammunition, or reloading components to any person, when the
exhibitor has reasonable belief that the purchaser is intending to purchase it for someone else
that is unable to legally purchase it for themselves, rather being for the other persons age,
mental incapacity, or some other reason, better known as a straw purchase.
10. All doors must be kept free and clear at all time in accordance with fire regulation both inside
and out of buildings.
11. No animals except for service dogs allowed in building (Check with directors for special displays).
12. Exhibitors are encouraged to be out of the building by 6:30 Sunday evening. The show closes at
5 pm on Sunday.
13. All table holders must have their tables set up by 8:30 am on Saturday morning and 11:30 am on
Sunday morning.
14. Table holders are responsible for knowing and following all federal, state, and local laws.
15. The MAC Gym staff has final say on all safety issues. Rules will be enforced by Show managers.
16. Any person who violates any of these rules may have their booth spot revoked with no refund.
17. Rules may be added or amended at anytime.
18. These show rules are for the safety of the table holders, MAC Gymnasium staff and owners, and
public attending our show, as well as to uphold the integrity of the MAC Gym Outdoor Expo.
