Additional comments on Planning For Student Learning


Ms. DeMartinis has been becoming more a part of the creative planning of the lessons and has
shown great interest in making the day more meaningful for the students.
Additional comments on Teaching For Student Learning
Ms. Demartinis creates a classroom where it is evident that she is well versed in technology. She
also creates a classroom environment which fosters fairness and trust and most importantly critical
thinking.

Ms. DeMartinis keeps a variety of records to show evidence of student growth.
Additional comments on Creating A Positive Environment For Student Learning
Ms. Demartinis creates a physical environment that is safe and developmentally appropriate for all
20 of my students.
Additional comments on Professionalism
Ms. Demartinis partakes in all our team meetings, meets with me before and after school and
lunchtime and is currently planning a unit with another 3rd grade colleague and me.
Overall Comments
Ms. Demartinis is growing every week. I look forward to her taking over more of the day and to
becoming and integral part of planning our new Fairytale Unit. Her expertise and creativeness will
certainly enhance my class.
