Act as liaison between consumers and the Outreach Specialists across the state
Maintain accurate reports for monthly meetings regarding Outreach, VQAS and ISP
Handled all emergency and non-emergency calls for Henrico County for Police, Fire and Rescue
Triaged incoming emergency calls for Police, Fire, and EMS units
Served as training officer for communication recruits for all positions and job functions
Dispatched responding Police, Fire, and Rescue personnel
Handled crisis situations involving citizens and Division personnel
Provided customer service and responded to complaints and needs of citizens
