This binding agreement of services, dated Feb. 2, 2015, is between Visionary
Communications and Baton Rouge Sickle Cell Anemia Foundation, a local nonprofit
organization located in the Baton Rouge area committed to improving the lives of people
diagnosed with sickle cell disease and educating the community about sickle cell disease.
Baton Rouge Sickle Cell Anemia Foundation requested communication and event
planning services from Visionary Communications. The planning and communication
between organizations began Jan. 28, 2015 and will progress throughout the semester,
ending in May 2015.
Visionary Communications is comprised of seven public relations professionals willing to
implement Baton Rouge Sickle Cell Anemia Foundations requests and vision. The
Visionary Communications team members are dedicated to providing Baton Rouge
Sickle Cell Anemia Foundation assistance with research, social media campaigns,
creative endeavors, and promotional events.
Project Description
Visionary Communications will fulfill all public relations needs of Baton Rouge Sickle
Cell Anemia Foundation. The objective is to raise sickle cell disease awareness to all
college students, graduates and young professionals in the Baton Rouge area. The
cultivation of this goal will involve researching the communitys knowledge of this
disease, planning and promoting events, and managing social media accounts. All efforts
throughout the semester will culminate with a fundraiser event to be held in Spring 2015.
Terms of Agreement
Each agency member of Visionary Communications will work in the best interest of
Baton Rouge Sickle Cell Anemia Foundation and will produce professional, respectable
work approved by the client.

Visionary Communications will adhere to all guidelines, requests, and deadlines given to
them by Baton Rouge Sickle Cell Anemia Foundation. This is a partnership that involves
a collaborative effort and a professional relationship.
I have read this letter of agreement between Visionary Communications and Baton Rouge
Sickle Cell Anemia Foundation in its entirety and agree with the stated terms and
conditions.
