Our largest production in DC was $30,000, before that U.S. social forum at $25,000 in
Michigan and yes I drove from here to Detroit and back. Action on the capitol lawn with
a c-span documented conference that followed. 100+ fundraisers, Volunteer organizing
and leading, Arts and Imagery creation from scratch, design and co-create w/ lead artists,
build and mobilize, oh. and don't forget pack up and ship home. Productions usually
consist of creative design and creative building, logistical design, technical design, tour
managing and implementation. Administration i.e. writing checks, keeping track of
budgets, maintaining records, data entry, donation processing, postering, printing,
booking flights, hotels and rentals, permits, and social media publications.
