graphic organizers, student drafts, etc.

the following questions:

Ethics Violations
Ethical violations are to be reported to the supervisor
cf tho person who may be investigated, the schoo!
adminstrator, the LEA assessment director. or the
state assessment director.

‘conducted at the schoo! level.
+ The LEA assessment director will view the initial

Pract ry Commission (UPPAC) for review.

terminated, andlor lose their Utah teaching license
