The instructor was able to follow the lesson plan and provided students with the tools they needed to
create their presentation. She started with allowing students to create a Prezi account, showing student a Prezi
YouTube video, demonstrated how to double-click to add text, included images, changed the theme and layout
of the presentation, explained and showed student the editing tools, and finally, demonstrated how to connect
path. This allowed student with a fully understanding of what to expect. Therefore, students were able to
complete the work directed by the instructor; however, some of the online students needed a little more
clarification on completing their work. Overall, the Prezi presentation was a fun and powerful evaluative tool
that I enjoyed and hope to implement again in the near future.
Did you get the types of responses or performances you expected?
The responses and performances were as I expected. Since I understood my learners prior knowledge, I
was able to develop and implement instructions that are suitable to their needs. My learners characteristic were
adult learner who had never created a Prezi presentation but had a wealth of knowledge in terms of technology
and different tools available. The steps to creating a Prezi had to be explained in a detailed matter to allow my
learners to successfully complete their project.
What should be done to improve the assessment the next time it is implemented?
5. Report of Impact on Student Learning
Immediately after the assessment was concluded, I conducted an evaluation to determine the effectiveness
of the training and assessment. The methodology of my evaluation was based on Donald Kirkpatricks Four
Level Evaluation Model. The four levels consist of reaction, learning, behavior, and results. This study
examined the training program and the impact on student learning. Using an online survey instrument,
participants were asked to evaluate the following:
1. Reaction: I consider the training relevant to my job.
2. Learning: I feel that I can conduct a presentation on Prezi on my own.
3. Behavior: I will put what I have learned into effect when return to my job.

To determine the results based on the respondents viewed of the training, students were asked to complete an
online survey tool to rate how sufficient each level was to their acquired knowledge. A scoring data was used to
analyze the data. The scoring were as follow: strongly agree =5, agree =4, neutral =3, disagree =2, and strongly
disagree =1. The results are shown in Table 1 are for the whole group of students.
Analysis for the whole group of students
The programs research finding indicated a need to further explore how Vygotskys social cognition impact
online novel students learning. The research indicated that students reaction, learning, and behavior were very
simpler to both groups.
Central Tendency
The average age of all participants was M= 36 years. Out of 10 questions asked on the survey, the mode
was 100% of the participants indicated to have considered the training relevant to their job, can conduct a
presentation on Prezi on their own, will put what they have learned into effect, and where satisfied with the

training. When asked the question about what they would like to see more next time, 100% of the students who
were taking the training online indicated that they are interested in seeing more videos, and 100% of the
students who took the course on campus indicated that they could like to see more examples.
6. Future Instructional Plans
After working with my client, I realized that I enjoy assisting her with creating the assessment. My
future instructional plans are to continue assisting her and any other colleagues that my need assisting. After
reviewing the analysis of the training, we realized that more work needs to be done to the online training area.
My plan is to use to college resources and create a Desire2Learn training for all admission counselors. I will
implement an online training video about different topic. To ensure that the videos and training are effective, I
will create on online survey using Google form to evaluate the effectiveness of the programs.
