Student-grantees who will qualify will be awarded either at the CHED Central Office (CHEDCO) or CHED Regional Offices (CHEDRO). 2. The report should be submitted through mail at the Office of Student Development and Services (OSDS), 3 Fir., HEDC Bldg., C.P.
