I am writing to you today to offer my referral and wholehearted support of Michelle Eva Morholts
character and professional abilities. Over the past year, I have had the pleasure of working with her.
Currently she works as an HCA on HCH4. This May 2015, she will be graduating from Westminster
College, earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing with a minor in Mandarin Chinese.
Michelle has numerous strengths to offer. She is very professional, responsible, and well organized. I
am always relieved when I come to work and realize she is assigned to my patients. Michelle has
distinguished herself as an outstanding nursing assistant. She constantly provides safe and
kindhearted care to the patients and their families. She is fun, witty, and personable. She is always
eager to learn and willing to go above and beyond during her shift.
I would highly recommend Michelle for any RN position at the University of Utah Hospital. If her
performance as a Nursing Assistant at the Huntsman Hospital is any indication of how she would
perform as an RN, I am sure Michelle would definitely be a positive addition to any Unit in the
hospital.
