ABOUT THE COMPANY

Global Motors Private Limited is an automobile manufacturing company. Its products include
passenger vehicles in each segment (compact, midsize & luxury). The foundation of the
companys growth depends on a deep understanding of economic stimuli, customer needs and its
ability to translate them into customer-desired offerings through leading edge R&D

OBJECTIVE
The objective of this project is to study the enterprise structure & pricing procedure of Global
Motors Pvt. Ltd & mapping it to SAP R/3 ECC 6.0

SCOPE OF THE PROJECT

The tasks to be performed in this project include:

Enterprise structure creation

Master data creation

Pre-sales activities

Pricing procedure

Sales order processing

RATIONALE
The implementation of business processes of sales & distribution of GLOBAL MOTORS on
SAP will help in:

Reducing the application of efforts

Reducing the flaws in existing business processes

Increasing efficiency & productivity

Providing timely service to the clients

Creating best customer service experience

PROJECT METHODOLOGY

Project Preparation (Defines the Enterprise structure creation, Master data creation, Presales activities, pricing procedure Sales order processing).

As-is study (To study the existing project preparations processes).

To-be study (to map those business processes in SAP).

Realization/Implementation (Map the project preparation activities in the SAP).

Gap Analysis (Analyze and compare the AS-is study with the To-be study and identify
the Gap between them).

Go Live (Connect with end-user).

EXPECTED CONCLUSION

Successful implementation of ERP application in GLOBAL MOTORS PVT. LTD.

Reducing the flaws in existing business processes thereby increasing the efficiency and
performance of the company.
