the pleasure of working with Ms. Zerillo over the past several years. She has worked under my
direct supervision throughout her employment with our agency. As a direct result of her hard
work and dedication was promoted to a supervisory capacity in 2013.
Throughout her time with this agency, Ms. Zerillo has been a compassionate and effective team
member and a fierce advocate for families. She freely shares her talents and skills with those she
supervises, as well as with families. She is a skilled problem solver who has the ability to view
dynamics from a macro and micro perspective.
I continue to be impressed with Ms. Zerillos commitment to this agency, her staff and our
families. Ms. Zerillo is a talented young woman who I am confident will excel at any goal she
