To whom it may concern,

I am Kamal from the Royal Index LLC Malaysia as a representative for all the staf
in Royal Index LLC Malaysia request for the following items because we are
having the internet connection problem. The problem occurs after the increasing
number of people coming for the training and trading. The wireless modem we
are using right now cannot support the size of the people in this office. The
modem only can support 20-30 devices only to use the Wi-Fi. Below I listed the
problems always occur in this office.
1. The internet connection not stable.
2. Some of the staf cannot using the Wi-Fi.
3. The problem not come for the internet service provider but the modem.
As a solution for this problem is we are requesting the new set of wireless
modem that can support the number of the staf inside the office. We already
making the surveys what kind of modem that can suitable enough for our office.
So, we are requesting the budget RM1000 to RM1500 to buy a new set of
wireless modem. The brand we want to buy is TPLink, Cisco, Asus, NETGear or
Linksys.
We hope our request is answer for the better business in the future.
