project?
I learned the importance
of working in
collaboration with others
to reach the goal and
vision of the campus. I
also learned that
organization is the key to
have everything in place.
Communication with the
other leadership team
members was also
important because at
times they will like to do
things differently, and
reminding them that
students are first and
apriority can be
sometimes
uncomfortable.
