I am currently a sophomore studying to be a Software Engineer at the University of TexasArlington. With a passion for understanding and developing new and unique software, I believe I would
exceed expectations when enrolled at Microsoft's Explore Program. I wish to obtain real word
experience from professionals about software engineering and its process through development.
Through school I have lead many a team through the entire software design process in a step by step
structure in flowcharting whiule serving as team leader. The Microsoft Explorers Program seems like the
perfect opportunity to apply my skills and learn in fun and exciting environment. This experience would
not also make me a better Software Engineer, but also a better leader and trainer for my career in
