The Olive Wine logo and brand is protected
by a 1990 Act of Congress (66 G.I.T 131) as
well as by a variety of registrations with the
US Patent and Logo Office.
The 66 G.I.T 131 Act of Congress gives Olive
Wine the exclusive rights to the usage of the
brand in any way the company desires and
advocates.
An attribution must be stated at the bottom
of any advertisement that makes use of the
Olive Wine logo or in any relation to such.
Failure to do so gives Olive Wine rights to take
legal action towards the claimant.
