To Whom It May Concern: It is with great pleasure to recommend Tracey Wilkerson Hinton as a candidate for a teaching position. I worked with Tracey in my position as Assistant Principal at Holtville High School (HHS) for five years. I am currently serving in my first year as Principal at HHS. Tracey served as an In School Suspension (ISS) At-Risk Aide as well as a Special Education Aide while at Holtville High School. As an ISS Aide, Tracey worked closely with the Assistant Principal in order to work with students that had discipline/behavior issues. In addition, she worked with all classroom teachers to assure that students that were placed in ISS completed assignments and assisted students with their work as needed. As a Special Education Aide, she worked one on one with a child with special needs and extended herself to work with all of the students. I was saddened when she was hired at Wetumpka Middle School where she currently serves as the ISS At-Risk Aide. HHS lost a very dependable worker. While at HHS, Tracey had a wonderful rapport with the students and teachers. She had the ability to work with all types of children and was able to teach them concepts in order to reach their fullest potential. She displayed excellent written and verbal communication skills, was organized, and computer literate. She did all of this with a positive attitude. I highly recommend Tracey Wilkerson Hinton to you without reservation. If you have any further questions with regard to her background or qualifications, please do not hesitate to contact me. Sincerely,
