Responsible for the daily administration of the School Age and Day Camp
programs and their activities at the various sites.
Supervise and guide the School Age and Day Camp staff to ensure that child
development occurs in a safe and healthy environment.
Hire, onboard, train, manage, and evaluate School Age and Day Camp staff to
achieve desired program outcomes.
Ensure School Age and Day Camp programs are operating in accordance with the
Young Star and Wisconsin Department of Children and Families for child care and
day camp rules and regulations.
Monitor payments to ensure financial operations. Ensure expenses for staff,
snack, and supplies are within budget.
Supervise and lead multiple School Age sites and Day Camp sites staff and
programs by providing direction, leadership and support in the areas of
programming, leadership, and staff development.
Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities that are in
keeping with all association and YMCA of USA guidelines.
