The wound of heart varies, sometime it become so deep it takes a lot of time and
care to fill and heal. There are a lot of scientific progress to heal the physical wound,
sincere thanks to medical science millions are getting relived with pain killer and
antibiotics. But the wound of mind is there any medicine and surgery. Ask tis
questions to everyone , in and around and around the world. Answer is no, since
ages we know time is the best medicine, many wound of relationship get healed
with time. But we cannot leave everything to time , we need to take medicine and
need to be proactive.
What is the medicine of mind ? let us ask to God, whether God is having any
medicine for the trouble mind and heart. People will say worship God, follow some
austerity. Life is already overburdened with problems psychological and physical ,
why are you talking about the austerity. We have suffered a lot do not tell about the
sacrifice and austerity, being youth solution I need simple.

harmony , Peace and Perfection life, get lost in that sensation life will start healing
start practicing and increase practice. Do again and again, wound of heart will start
healing. Be healthy in mind and heart that is the center point of enjoyment of life .
