I am thankful to Almighty ALLAH who gave me an opportunity for completion of thesis,

conducted in pharmacy at HMC Peshawar.

sincerest gratitude and thanks to my honorable teachers Mr. Samiullah and Mr. Abuzar
Khan who have been source of admirable guide and who provided me consistent
encouragement, motivation and wisdom. I pay my gratitude to the employees of HMC
Peshawar, for their cooperation and providing me every kind of relevant information
material, especially Madam Fakhra Mir (Chief Pharmacist) and Professor Dr.
Mohammad Ijaz (Associate Professor of Gastroenterology Ward), Professor Dr. Aamir
