FOURTH GRADUATION DAY
16th MAY 2015

INSTRUCTIONS TO GRADUANDS
1.

The Candidates, who wish to receive their degree certificates in person on the
Graduation Day, must compulsorily register through online. The online registration
closes at 5.00 p.m on 10.05.2015.

2.

The candidates who have not registered through online for the graduation day to
receive their degree will not be entertained to receive their degree during graduation
ceremony.

3.

Re-register your presence at the registration counter in the campus between 8.00
a.m. and 9.00 a.m. on 16.05.2015.

4.

Pay the Graduation registration fee of Rs.500 at the Registration Counter. It

includes Graduation file, on the stage photo and lunch.

5.

After signing in the registration counter, collect the admit card for getting the graduate
robe and visitors pass (max two guests only are allowed).

6.

Graduate robe shall be collected from the counter in the campus by paying Rs 50/-.
Rs.300/- will be collected by the Robe distributing company as deposit and will be
refunded at the time of returning the robe (gown).

7.

All audience should remain standing while the graduation procession enters and leaves
the auditorium.

8.

Switch off your mobile phones during the function.

9.

As per Graduation day protocol, clapping during the Graduation ceremony is not
allowed.

10.

Children are not permitted inside the venue. Candidates can bring only two guests with
them. The guests are to be seated separately.

11.

Lunch has been arranged for the graduates and their accompanying guests (limited
to two).
