1. Jerry Bergman, author of Darwinism and The Nazi Race Holocaust has a webpage called True
Origin which discusses the evils of Darwinism. Specifically, it discusses Hitler's supposed
interpretation of Darwinism's evolutionary theories: Darwin was racist and eugenically motivated.
Below is an excerpt from the article.

Firmly convinced that Darwinian evolution was true, Hitler saw himself as
the modern savior of mankind. Society, he felt, would some day regard him
as a great scientific socialist, the benefactor of all humankind. By
breeding a superior race, the world would look upon him as the man who

Darwinism is true, Hitler was our savior and we have crucified him. As a
result, the human race will grievously suffer. If Darwinism is not true, what
Hitler attempted to do must be ranked with the most heinous crimes of

3. According to May 2014's Gallup HuffPost reports that, poll, that 42% of the American's polled
believe in Creationism. Only 31% believe that humans evolved with God guiding and 19% feel
that God had no part in the human's evolvement. The 42% polled feel that "God created humans
in present from within 10,000 years ago."

In 1982 after the lawsuit McLean v. Arkansas Board of Education, a judge ruled that the law of
Balanced Treatment for Creation-Science and Evolution Science Act 590 was in violation of the
Second Amendment.

8. Of Pandas and People is a textbook in Texas that featured ID as a way to push creationism in
public schools since it made no mention of any religious party, specifically, after Edward v.

Agulair the words "creator" with "intelligent designer". The book received heavy criticism,
particularly its misclassification of Tasmanian wolf as a placental mammal, the wolf, instead of
its rightful classification as a marsupial. I will further research the red and giant pandas as I
couldn't find much information about them.
9. ICR identifies itself as the Institute for Creation Research, who supplies "in depth scientific and
biblical information regarding the creation/evolution controversy." Located in Dallas, Tx, it is a
young earth creationist faux research organization that furthers the creation science agenda. It
offered online courses in science until it was not accredited as an institution of higher education.
10. The Discovery Institute functions under a similar faade and mission to further creation science
through the education of ID.
11. The Creation Science Museum is a closed structured "museum" that boasts 70K square feet of
display which propose that Dinosaurs and humans lived together. Its biblical creation science
contains murals of Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden, exhibits, botanical gardens, and even
worship-all under one tent.
12. Crueler v. Tangipahoa Board of Education was the US federal court case that ruled that the
disclaimer printed on science textbooks that the Board of Education in Tangipahoa, La recognized
that evolution was a "theory", was ruled unconstitutional in 2000 for violated the Establishment
Clause of the US Constitution.
13. Examples of instances and the introduction of legislative bills in several U.S. states, which aimed
to exclude the instruction of evolution in public primary and secondary school systems include:
In Oklahoma a bill was introduced in 2004 that would school boards to use 20% of their textbook
monies on books not approved by the state, which would include religious or creationist text.
Texas pushed for creationism to be taught in tandem with evolutionary science in 2004. Recently,
in 2015, WANE.com reported that a bill was sponsored in Indiana to allow creationism to be
taught in schools. Oklahoma creationism bill would also allow the same.
14. Scotland is laughing at Louisiana because the Accelerate Christian Education Inc.
described the Loch Ness Monster as being extant and, spotted by bystanders, via submarine sonar,
and classifies the creature as a dinosaur. "Nessie appears to be a plesiosaur." This was stated by
ACE in their Biology 1099 textbook.
