This talks about the actual centers/resources for victims. It encourages increased funding,
strategies, etc. This will answer of outcomes for victims.

It is about male students attitudes towards rape and sexual assault. It has data and results
from research. This will answer my question on the seriousness of rape/assaults on
campus.
