RECRUITMENT OF TEACHERS
NLC Common School Committee runs 10 schools, of which 2 are Elementary, 3 are Middle, 2 are
High and 3 are Higher Secondary Schools with Aid of Tamil Nadu Government. All these schools are
being managed by Common School Committee (as a corporate body) under the purview of the Tamil
Nadu Recognised Private Schools (Regulation) Act, 1973 and rules 1974. It is intended to fill the
following vacancies from among the candidates those who have passed the TNTET conducted by
Tamilnadu Government.

QUALIFICATION:

The qualification required for the above SGT/SGA and BT/GA Teachers are prescribed by the Teacher
Recruitment Board of Tamil Nadu Government.
APPLICATION PROCEDURE:

Only those candidates who have passed the TNTET shall apply through ONLINE only in Website
address (www.nlcindia.com/csc).
The scanned copy of attested Identity Certificate (format available in website may be downloaded) is
also to be attached with the application through ONLINE.
Application may be sent through ONLINE from 27.04.2015, 10.00 hrs onwards.

At the time of Certificate Verification the candidates are requested to bring the hard copy of filled
Application Form, attested Identity Certificate along with all Original Educational Certificates/
Related Certificates, TNTET Certificate and Community Certificate. If the candidates are eligible for
any preferential selection they have to bring the concerned Original Certificate. One complete set of
attested Xerox copy of all the above is also to be furnished.
SELECTION PROCESS:

The candidates will be awarded marks based on the weightage prescribed in the TN G.O.No.71,
dated:30.05.2014. The selection will be based on these marks. The list of selected candidates will be
published ONLINE in web address (www.nlcindia.com/csc). The appointment orders will be sent to
the selected candidates by post.
SCALE OF PAY AND OTHER BENEFITS:

As per Tamil Nadu Government notification applicable to Teachers.
