The Characters Are Easier To Relate To

The majority of Marvels
superheroes are human Iron
Man, Spiderman, the Hulk
they are all human.
There are some (like the XMen) who, despite accidents
which turn them into
mutants, are still essentially
human.
When we look at Superman,
the Flash and Aquaman,
theyre not really thought of
as people. They live their
lives completely differently
from humans, and its kind of
their job to be superheroes.

Marvel Has Stan Lee

He imagined a world in
which teenagers were
superheroes and not just
sidekicks.
He viewed women as
just as strong and
capable as men.
He saw outcasts fighting
against injustice and
intolerance.
He dared to be different!

DC Characters Are Killed Off Too

Easily & It Doesnt Make Sense
Both Marvel and DC have
pretty poor records for
killing off their
characters
BUT, DC has invincible
Gods and aliens as
superheroes, who are
eventually killed off
which kind of defeats the
point
Then, they promptly
bring them back to life.
Like that makes any
sense at all.
