pay). It is not necessarily that the person is an authority on the topic.

PURPOSE: What is the goal of the site? Is the information accurate? Does it fit the goal
of your project? Why did the author publish this site?
The goal of the website is to create a free-access, free content internet encyclopedia edited by
anyone who can access the site and follow its rules. Not all information is accurate because
any change done by any volunteer is not regularly checked. But any viewer can observe the
recent changes done by others. Some content is restricted only to administrators to prevent
vandalism. Wikipedia fits the goal of any project by knowing the general outline then look for
more reliable sources. The author published this site to create the largest encyclopedia written
by people themselves where they can discuss any topic through wikitalk.

audience? Does the audience for the site match you as a researcher?
The audience is anyone who has internet connection. Yes, I am an intended user.

The site is first published in 2001 by Jimmy Wales and Larry Sanger. It is updated by the
users at any time. The links can be up-to-date.

I recommend this website so as to read a brief outline of your research, but it cant be a
reliable source. You can use the links mentioned in this website to have more trusted websites,
articles or journals, books, etc. Not all information present in this website is trusted;

The site is published since a long time and is up-to-date by many editors and reviewers each
one in his division.

I recommend this website for all chemists or who is interested in the field of chemistry to
update his knowledge and explore new research and topics. It is a complete website for
students, chemical educators and researchers.

The big idea? Allow online searchers to get answers to questions posed in their everyday,
natural language. Majority of people prefer asking questions in the old fashioned way, and
they like the idea of receiving straightforward answers.

The audience is anyone who has internet connection. It is open to anyone whos asking a
question or looking for some websites in a certain field.

The site was published in 1996. It is now a global service used by well over 100 million users,
and ranks in comScores top US websites in terms of traffic. Our flagship mobile app,

content.

I recommend this website for all students or junior researches who are looking for primary
sources to know about their subject. In the search directory, the ask.com will take you to
outside references and websites that can be trusted such .gov, .edu. & other websites.
