AFFIDAVIT OF DESISTANCE
I, NENELYN MONTIERRO y RODEJO, of legal age, Filipino, with
residence and postal address at 116 Vitoria St., San Antonio Heights, Santo
Tomas, Batangas, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law,
hereby depose and state that:
1. I am the same Nenelyn Montierro y Rodejo who is the Complaining Witness in
the above-entitled case against Ferlaida Contreras y Beliganio;
2. My deep recollection and repeated assessment of the incident led me to realize
that everything arose out of misunderstanding and misapprehension of facts;
3. I am no longer interested to pursue this case and hereby request the Honorable
Court to dismiss the same;
4. I fully understand that once this case is dismissed, the same cannot be filed
again;
5. I am executing this Affidavit of Desistance freely and voluntarily.
