Children of today are the future of our world; I am

very passionate in working with children to reach a


high love for learning. Providing children with many
opportunities where they can build upon their
existing knowledge will give children the chance to
reach their full potential and make connections in
the classroom and society. I will continue to assist all children to be bold and brace
in their individual learning, as they become critical and creative thinkers.
I have a main focus on believing and working hard to have all childrens individual
needs, styles and interests met within the classroom. I enjoy being able to create an
environment where all children can feel safe, supported and are able to really gain
meaning and connection with the world around them. I encourage children to take
action in creating inclusive environments where all children are seen as being equal.
Ill continue to have a strong passion in generating positive partnerships with
parents and other staff members to provide many learning opportunities for all
children.
I am enthusiastic to be a positive role model to help guide children in the right
direction and positive start to learning and life. Morden day classroom diversity
can be a positive instead of a negative. Classroom diversity influences and has an
impact on all children from their cultural backgrounds. I will work my hardest and
reach my full potential to make sure all children continually fell valued and heard
within and outside of the classroom. Diversity doesnt just refer to culture it
interlinks with the many different learners within the one class. I will do my best in
generating new, interactive and exciting ideas to help all children learn based upon
the range of diversity within the classroom.
Drawing upon my own experiences will help children
see the world in a different light of perspective. I see
myself as being an influential, passionate,
hardworking teacher who can relate the issues
children may be facing.
Vygotsky and Piaget are constructivist theorists I
will continually refer to in my teaching approach permit children to gain the best
understanding of information.

Having a variety of teaching techniques within my practice can guide and help
children to become complex thinkers. I am driven to challenge children to help
children test the limits. I consider myself being a facilitator who works alongside all
children while they lead their own positive learning journey. Giving children many
opportunities where children can maximise their learning through a variety of skills,
styles and the passion to learn. Children continually learn from each other, I will
encourage children to work together as a team to solve problems we may come to
face with.
Pedagogy has a strong power and big emphasis on childrens learning. I will
continue to use a wide range of resources and continue to incorporate technology
into a classroom setting, which will deliver the information to children in
innovative and engaging ways. I promise to teach children new skills and
techniques, which can be used beyond the four walls of a classroom. Showing
children the right tools can create a positive path when children are out in the big
wide world.
I want to teach in a Catholic Primary School because I am passionate in
encouraging children to act justly, love tenderly and walk humbly with out God. A
school community is a place where the school is integrated with creating
partnerships with the community. A school community develops a close relationship
with community engagement, which leads to improved student learning, stronger
families and healthier communities with an emphasis on problem solving within the
big world.
Children can also teach teachers, and teachers can become the learner. Building
positive, caring relationships with all children is the key for successful learning. I
have a strong desire and passion for teaching and learning new things to bring to
a classroom.
I believe in giving children many opportunities to simply just be children.
