The Worlds Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:
2 sticks of butter (softened)
cup dark brown sugar (firmly packed)
cup chocolate chip
cup chopped pecans
cup sifted flour
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. baking soda
Confectioner sugar

Cream the butter and brown sugar together

Add vanilla, chocolate chips, and nuts
Gradually add the flour, mix thoroughly
Cover and chill the dough for at least 1 hour
Roll dough into 1 balls, and roll onto confectioners sugar
Place 1 apart on greased cookie sheet
Bake in 350 degree oven for 12-15 minutes

This recipe makes about 3 dozen cookies.
