depose and say :

2. That around 10:00 pm of 24 December 2014, JUDITH

and CHARGMAGNE VELASCO, her bestfriend, went to
our family house at 888 Juan Luna St., Tondo Manila City
to celebrate the Noche Buena with our family.;
3. That they stayed and spent the night in our family house;
4. That I execute this affidavit freely and voluntarily in order to
establish the truth of the foregoing facts for whatever legal
purposes this may serve.
