IT Project Manager

MAIN RESPOSIBILITIES:

Allocation and coordination of resources, organization of workflow and production tracking and
reporting.

Implement and manage reporting processes to ensure a high degree of productivity and project
management quality

Manage continual product / process improvement projects

Maintain an up to date record of teams metrics and performance charts.

Generate weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to present to the customer.

Hold weekly Automation and Tools results meetings with the customer.

Create, Lead and Inspire high performance teams.

Manage, motivate and develop individual team members with regard to skills, productivity and
long term job satisfaction.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
BS degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or equivalent.
PMP Certification or on the PMP-SP Certification path
3 years in project management or scrum master roles
95% English Level
Work experience in global organization
Ability to work with people from different cultures, levels and expertise
Demonstrates an in-depth understanding of key Outsourcing policies, processes and
methodologies applicable to project/operations management.
Speaks with expertise to many layers of depth related to project management and managed
services methods
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
MBA or Master in Project Management.
CSM Certification or on the Scrum Master Certification path
ITIL Certification or on the ITIL Certification path
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:
Strong leadership, teamwork, collaboration, and communications skills.
Strong in complex problem solving and customer negotiation
Strong planning and estimation of required labor and timeline requirements
