INTRODUCTION
Education system faces many change stages. For example, educators and
students may have to experience changes in education and curriculum structure.
Leaders have the responsibility to foster change and make sound decisions in all
modification levels. The core of change within an organization needs a clear
communication plan. Poor communication plans can lead to resistance to
change. Successful organizations understand that doing things the same way
will produce the same results that sometimes change is needed to take an
organization to the next level (8 Steps to Implementing Successful
Organizational Change The Thriving Small Business., 2014,)

LAUNCHING COMMUNICATION PLAN

There are several concepts for launching an effective communication
plan. The recipe for communication plan begins with active
discussions, suitable timing, and willingness to accept change. The
following chart displays phases during the change and communication
plan:

The phase allows

the change process.

Approving the
Adjustment Phase

This stage informs

organization members
of the new changes
and prepares them for

adjustments.

TESTING EFFECTIVELY
To effectively identify the change process, several
outlines should be analyzed. In any organization change,
it is critical to evaluate all change components. For
example, educational programs can conduct surveys to
see how individuals feel about curriculum changes.
Evaluations will allow administrators to see if additional
resources are needed during the change process. Testing
the effectiveness of the change process can bridge
change gaps. The following are things change agents
need to examine in implanting change
Clear goals and objectives
Time period of change execution
Review plan consistency
Observe individuals who will be effected by the change

ESSENTIAL TECHNOLOGY
There are many factors to include in
communication plan. For instance, schools who
changed their curriculum have to increase their
technology structure. Today, technology allows
individuals to communicate and learn different
skills to help increase efficiency. For instance,
changing education curriculum need the
following technology channels:
Core Curriculum Websites
Faculty Email connections
Educational Forums/Blogs
Increase technology devices (IPad /Tablets)

PRODUCING FEEDBACK FOR

IMPROVEMENT
Providing feedback is a critical step in
organization change process.
Organizational change, whether large or
small, needs to be explained and
communicated, specifically changes that
affect how employees perform their job (8
Steps to Implementing Successful
Organizational Change The Thriving Small
Business., 2014). Organization leaders
should identify their employees needs and
provide steps that will help smooth
transitions. Employees can get a better
perception if they understand their

ADDRESSING NEGATIVE
RESPONSES
If negative responses arise, individuals
should examine feeble areas. Once change
agents gather individuals change reactions,
they should provide ways to improve.
Constructive criticism is needed to improve
organizations and help individuals focus on
alternative ways to increase efficiency. The
objective is to help individuals not to resist
change. Administrators can help level
transitions by having open communication
and provide constructive alternatives.

POSSIBLE COMMUNICATION
PLAN
This communication plan can help a variety of
constructive organizations. For example, schools
not have a tremendous responsibilities of
implementing curriculum mandated. It is
imperative to have a plan that will help boost
performance and complete goals. Change agents
can develop strategies that will aid transitions.
Change leaders should communicate often to see
what modifications may be needed in the
modification process. It is critical to take into
account employees concerns by providing and
modeling adjustments. Establishing a support
group can help exchange productive ideas on
challenging situations.

effective change plan should help employees increase understanding of the
change. Once individuals understand, they can build their position within the
organization. The communication plan should discuss:
