Now it is your turn:

In Easterns MYP Tech classes you
will be making a PowerPoint
illustrating the IB MYP Traits. THIS
IS YOUR YEAR END FINAL you
will have from May 26 until the hour
that your FINAL is scheduled to be.
So Hour 7 is due on TUESDAY
JUNE 2. Hours 1 and 2 are due on
WED, JUNE 3. Hour 6 is due in
THURSDAY, June 4, 2015.

Due dates:
Hour 1: Wednesday, June 3, 2015
Hour 2:Wednesday, June 3, 2015
Hour 6: Thursday, June 4, 2015
Hour 7:Tuesday, June 2, 2015

Your PowerPoint will have 25 pages as a

minimum. It will have a title page, an
introduction page and a page with the
MYP design cycle on it. Then there will be
20 pages (one for each learner trait
description and then another with pictures
of what that learner trait means to you).
The one page will have an END OF THE
YEAR paragraph wrap-up (with a 5
sentence minimum) of how the IB MYP
traits impacted you this year. Lastly, there
will be a sources cited page breakdown
on next page:

Sample Eastern MYP Paragraph

This is my first year at Eastern High School and
let me tell you how the MYP IB traits have
impacted me. I have learned that there are many
different kinds of learners at our school. When
people ask me if they are smart, I tell them that
all people are smart in different things. As a
teacher, variety in a class is important, so
important that I often gave out awards for being
balanced and disciplined rather than
knowledgeable or inquiring, which are both pretty
academic traits. As this year ends, I hope that
next year brings me more students that fit into
the balanced and disciplined categories.
