I am an enthusiastic individual with hands-on experience in both 1st and 2nd line technical
support and technical strategic planning. I have primarily worked in Desktop Hardware and
Software support with experience using certain server technologies, such as; Microsoft Server
(Primarily 2008 R2, also 2003 & 2000) Active Directory (inc. Sites and Services, Domains and
Trusts), DHCP, DNS, SQL and Exchange.
I am a highly motivated individual and strive to exceed in meeting deadlines and expected
