birthday, wedding anniversary, festivals etc.
Design and deliver customized inputs to employees and customers for emotional bonding.
Impart training to PSRs about various customer relationship management intervention for better alignment and
execution.
Involves extensive travelling across the country to get in touch with every PSR /ASM in order to ensure maximum output
Develop and manage data base of customers to be used for customization of various CRM initiatives and to analyze
return on investment for each customer.
