Develop and strengthen emotional connect with 35000 customers and 1500 employees across the length and breadth
of the country in 4 divisions. In order to have optimum output, the job demands traveling across the country to delight
the customers.

The activities involve developing emotional connect through customized approach of celebrating doctors /employees
birthday, wedding anniversary, festivals etc.

Creative Delivery , Training & Data Analytics

Ideate basis customer need for customer delight.

Design and deliver customized inputs to employees and customers for emotional bonding.

Impart training to PSRs about various customer relationship management intervention for better alignment and
