CONFIDENTIALITY OF CERTAIN DISCOVERY MATERIAL
Plaintiff Sexual Minorities Uganda (Plaintiff) respectfully moves the Court for an order
amending the Order Regarding Confidentiality of Certain Discovery Materials (Dkt. No. 106)
(the Protective Order) so that Plaintiff may designate a specific set of exceptionally sensitive
documents for Attorneys Eyes Only protection (the Motion).
A memorandum of law, Declaration of Pam Spees, Declaration of Daniel W. Beebe, and
a Proposed Order are filed concurrently herewith.
