Adverb Clause of Time: when, whenever, anytime, before, after, till, until, while, since, just

as, as soon as, as often as, now that, as long as etc.


Adverb Clause of Place: where, wherever, whereas, as far as, as near as, anywhere,
everywhere, nowhere etc.
Adverb clause of manner: as, like, as if, as though etc.
Find the Adverbial clause, define the type (place, time, manner) and find the verb it
modifies:
1. She's acting like she really doesn't like him.
2. When I delivered the newspaper, I saw Mrs. Sampson at the window.
3. You may play outside until its dark.
4. He finished the work as she requested.
5. Vince becomes nervous when he speaks in public.
6. They can stay where they are.
7. After you have beaten the eggs, slowly add the dry ingredients to make cookies.
8. The boy speaks as if he is sick.
9. Please visit us whenever you are in the Chicago area.
