Company Profile
My organization, Polytek Associates (Pvt.) Ltd, are the leading engineering and project
consultants to the private sector in Pakistan. We manage the engineering design and project
management of complete industrial projects and provide engineering and project management
service. Our services include:

Plant Management and Implementation of Power Plants, Chemical & Polyester Plants in
respect of Civil Construction, Installation of Electrical and Mechanical Equipment and

quality assurance of the construction & erection work.

Technical & Commercial Evaluation of the Plant & Machinery of Power Plants,

Chemical & Polyester Plants.

Preparation of contract for the Power Plants, Chemical, Polyester Plants and Textile

Plants.
Operation and maintenance management of Power Plants, Chemical & Polyester Plants.
Design & Engineering of Power Plants, Chemical Plants, Polyester Plants and Textile
Plants.

Marketing as a Function
Marketing in my organization is mainly done by word of mouth marketing. During the history of the
organization, it has advertised its services only once in any sort of way. For marketing the company relies
quite heavily on the contact of its directors that they have made during the past 25 years of business. Also
the industrial contacts of the personnel working in the company are also sometimes utilized to market the
company.
We mainly rely on the good will generated during the course of the project and the quality and precision
of our work to encourage our clients to share their experiences with other organizations they come in
contact with.
This strategy does not lead to a high penetration of the market, however, it has led to us having a few very
faithful clients and recurring work from them. Also if any new technology comes up which we feel we
have mastered during the course of few projects, we do sometimes contact a select few companies to see
if they are interested in using our services.
All in all our strategy is mainly to continue to satisfy our current clients in such a way that they return to
us time and again for their engineering and project needs and maintain a high level of satisfaction.
