THE CONSERVATORY AT MILL CREEK

BICYCLE PARKING RULES AND REGULATIONS

1. The bicycle rack in front of the main door to the building is for visitor bicycle
parking. Visitors leave their bicycles in this rack at their own risk.
2. There is no designated bicycle parking area for owners/non-owner residents on
common Condominium Property. It is intended that owners/non-owner residents who
own bicycles store/park their bicycles in the storage units attached to or assigned with
their parking stalls. There is no entitlement for owners/non-owner residents to any
other bicycle parking rights on Condominium Property including, of course, the
visitor bicycle parking rack. This also includes chaining the bicycle to any common
property fencing and/or trees.
3. For purposes of these Bicycle Parking Rules and Regulations only, a non-owner
resident is defined as someone who:
a) is renting a suite from an owner, or
b) is living, for all intents and purposes, in a suite in the building that is also
occupied by an owner, or that is also occupied by a tenant renting from an
owner.
4. Owners/non-owner residents may park their bicycles temporarily (i.e., up to a
maximum of one hour) in the visitor bicycle parking rack, for convenience purposes
only, if they are making a brief stop at their suite. (This also means, of course, that no
overnight parking is permitted.) If the allowed time is exceeded and you are in
violation, a notice will be placed on your bicycle. A second violation shall result in a
$25.00 fine. A third violation, a $50.00 fine. Removal of a bicycle in violation may
also be undertaken.
5. No visitor bicycle parking permitted beyond 72 hours without clearance from the
Building Manager. Removal of a bicycle in violation may be undertaken.
6. Refer to Bylaw 37 (Violation of Bylaws) for further information.
