1 Fan Assembly Alarm

-48V Input

check all cables are connected tightly and correctly.

Check green indicator is always on and red indicator is always off, then fan is ok.
Otherwise you can try to pull out all cable and Turn off the breaker of Fan, then only
insert the -48V input cable and turn on breaker of Fan, check if the fan is running, if not,
replace \ one new fan spare, Insert all cable, and green indicator is always on and red
indicator is always off, if not, replace one new fan spare.

3) if function of fan is ok, check the active alarm and history alarm on PMU . If the active alarm
is Digital 1 and the alarm is discontinuous, please upgrade software of fan. As below:

2 SPD Alarm
Observe the indication window on the surge protection module. If the indication window
turns red, the surge protection module is damaged. In this case, replace the surge
protection module. If the indication window remains green, the SPD is loose , you can
push all SPD module.

3 Fuse Blown Alarm

Correct Breaker status on DC Distribution Panel

1. Circuit breaker faults are caused by over current or short circuits.
ACheck load is normal.
BCheck there is no short circuit on load.
2. Check breaker is normalobserve there is no smoke trace on it.
3. Turn on breaker, observe load is normal.

Note if find breaker which should be on is off , need check if

there is no short circuit on load

4 PSU Fault Alarm

Check green indicator is always on and red indicator is always off, then PSU is ok.
Otherwise you can try to change module to other slot. If the PSU is still abnormal, so you
need replace a new one.
