AFFIDAVIT OF CHILD CUSTODY AND SUPPORT
I, REYNALDO M. CHAMORRO, of legal age, married, Filipino citizen
with residence and postal address at 67 Bakakeng Norte, Baguio City,
Philippines, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, hereby
depose and state that:
1 I am the grandfather of JOHN AIDEN CHAMORRO and MARK
KENJIE CHAMORRO, the children of MARCO CHAMORRO;
2 After my son Marco Chamorro and his wife Rochelle Tubera separated,
their kids stayed with me. I and my wife Florence Chamorro were the
one who took care of them and it is my son Marco who financially
supported them;
3 When my son Marco Chamorro migrated to US on October 22, 2012,
John Aiden and Mark Kenjie continued to stay with us at 67
Bakakeng Norte, Baguio City, Philippines;
4 My son Reynaldo Chamorro upon having a stable job in the US, he
continued to send financial support to cover apartment fees, foods
and for the education of the kids. Attached in this affidavit is the
school receipts and money transfers from US to the Philippines;
5 I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truthfulness of all the
foregoing and to state the fact that my son is the one supporting his
children financially and for all legal intents and purposes it may serve.
